Venison Roast Recipe
Venison roast recipe will require the following ingredients:
- 3 pound venison roast
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Place venison roast in roasting pan.
Place onion soup mix on top of venison roast.
Mix garlic powder and bouillon cubes in cup of hot water, pour over roast.
Add Worcestershire sauce and cover.
Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 6-8 hours.
Venison Chili Recipe
Venison chili recipe will require the following ingredients:
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans chili kidney beans
- 4 cans flavored diced tomatoes
Place chopped green peppers and onion crockpot.
Place ground venison and mushrooms in crockpot.
Place kidney beans and tomatoes in crockpot.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
