Venison Soup Burgers

Recipe for cooking venison soup burgers.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground venison

1 can tomato soup

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

choice of preferred seasonings

buns

Procedures:

1. Brown venison in skillet. Drain. Return to skillet.

2. Add can of tomato soup. (No water)

3. Add ketchup, mustard, and choice of any preferred seasonings.

4. Heat on medium until bubbly.

5. Serve on buns.

Venison Fiesta Meat Loaf

Deer cooking recipe for venison fiesta meat loaf.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground deer venison

1 cup onion (chopped)

1 cup green pepper (chopped)

1 cup celery (chopped)

1 cup chili sauce

3 cups soft bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 egg

Procedures:

1. Using skillet, cook green pepper, onion, and celery until tender in margarine.

2. In large mixing bowl, mix venison, bread crumbs, chili sauce, egg, salt, pepper, and cooked ingredients.

3. Form into a loaf and place in baking pan.

4. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

Venison Simple Lasagna

Deer Recipe For Venison Simple Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 pound ground venison

1 package lasagna noodles (8 ounces)

1 jar spaghetti sauce (26 ounce)

1 package cottage cheese (16 ounces)

1 cup shredded cheese of choice

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Procedures:

1. Cook noodles according to package until almost done.

2. Brown venison in large skillet. Drain. Return to skillet.

3. Add spaghetti sauce to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Combine Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, and ricotta cheese in bowl.

5. Lightly spray  pan with non stick cooking spray.

6. Place lasagna noodles in bottom of pan.

7. Spread portion of meat mixture on top of noodles.

8. Spread cheese mixture on top of meat mixture.

9. Add shredded choice of cheese on top.

10. Repeat layers.

11. Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Venison Bean Casserole

This deer venison recipes article provides a list of ingredients and procedures for making a venison bean casserole.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds ground venison
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (32 oz.)
  • 1 box corn bread mix
  • 2 cans pinto beans

Procedures:

In skillet, brown venison along with onion and pepper. Drain.

Place in casserole baking dish along with spaghetti sauce and pinto beans.

Mix corn bread according to directions. Pour over top of meat mixture.

Cook in oven at 350 degrees until corn bread is done.

Venison Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground venison
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 cans warm water
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles

Procedures:

Brown venison meat along with onions and celery in skillet.Drain.

Add water, soups, rice, and soy sauce. Stir mixture.

Place all in greased baking dish.

Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Uncover, spread noodles over mixture. Bake 15 additional minutes.

Three Bean Venison Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound venison burger
  • 1 can Lima beans, drained
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 4 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Procedures:

Brown venison in skillet. Drain.

Add remaining ingredients with venison and mix.

Place all in a lightly greased baking dish.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Venison Chops and Potatoes

Today’s recipe is for venison chops and potatoes. You will need the following.

Ingredients:

  • 6 venison tenderloin steaks (1/2 in. thick)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Procedures:

Using a casserole dish, alternate layers of onions and potatoes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place venison steaks on top.

Mix tomato soup with one can of water, stir well.

Pour over casserole.

Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours.

Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.

Venison Spaghetti Casserole

Today we offer a recipe for venison spaghetti casserole. The following ingredients will be needed.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds ground venison
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 pound grated American cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

Brown venison, onion, and pepper in skillet, drain.

Add tomato sauce, soup and sugar, cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir often.

In large baking dish, layer spaghetti and meat mixture.

Cover with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Venison Nacho Casserole

Today’s recipe is venison nacho casserole.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jar (15 oz.) herbed tomato sauce
  • 1 large package corn chips
  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/2 can shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat with onion, chili powder, salt, and worcestershire sauce.

Drain well, add 1/2 jar tomato sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Line bottom of 7 by 11 inch pan with half of crushed corn chips.

Spoon meat mixture over chips.

Combine remaining sauce with refried beans.

Spread over meat.

Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

Sprinkle with cheese and rest of crushed chips, return to oven until cheese melts.
