Deer Venison Meatloaf
Deer Venison Meat Loaf Recipe ingredients:
- 1 pound ground deer venison
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce (6-8 oz.)
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Place into a shallow baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting. Serves 4-6.
