Venison Spaghetti Casserole

- 1.5 pounds ground venison
- 1 package spaghetti
- 1 jar (16 oz.) tomato sauce

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Brown venison, onion, and pepper in skillet, drain.

In large baking dish, layer spaghetti and meat mixture.
Cover with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

This recipe is for venison beef stew. You will need the following ingredients:
- 3 pounds venison cubes
- 6 small potatoes
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 4 small sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons of suger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons tapioca
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cups water
Mix all ingredients and place in crockpot.
Cook on low for for 7-8 hours.
Venison Nacho Casserole
You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 jar (15 oz.) herbed tomato sauce
- 1 large package corn chips
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can refried beans
- 1/2 can shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat with onion, chili powder, salt, and worcestershire sauce.
Drain well, add 1/2 jar tomato sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Line bottom of 7 by 11 inch pan with half of crushed corn chips.
Spoon meat mixture over chips.
Combine remaining sauce with refried beans.
Spread over meat.
Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
Sprinkle with cheese and rest of crushed chips, return to oven until cheese melts.

- 1 lb. ground venison or beef

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- grated parmesan cheese
Brown ground venison or beef, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, basil leaves, oregano leaves, and red pepper. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Toss with butter or margarine. Serve sauce over spaghetti with grated parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
Deer Venison Pie
- 1.5 pounds ground venison
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
Mix the first four ingredients and spread into a nine inch pie pan.
Spread tomato paste on meat mixture.
Add mushrooms on top of mixture.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of mushrooms.
Add oregano and parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Venison Stroganoff Recipe
This is a recipe for venison beef stroganoff. You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box of noodles
Procedures:
In large skillet, saute garlic and onion over butter over medium heat.
Add venison meat and brown.
Add salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for approx. five minutes.
Add soup, simmer uncovered for ten minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat another 1-2 minutes.
* Cook your noodles according to box directions while preparing the venison.

- 3/4 pound macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans tomato sauce

Procedures:
Cook venison and onions in frying pan. Drain grease.
Cook macaroni in boiling water until slightly tender.

- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix venison, egg, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
Form into meatballs.
Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add creme of mushroom soup, bake another 5 minutes.

- 1 pound ground deer venison
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Place into a shallow baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting. Serves 4-6.

- 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese (16 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 box spaghetti
Procedures:
Cook spaghetti in boiling hot water until done.
Brown venison along with pepper and onion until done, drain.
Add sauces and simmer for twenty minutes.
In a baking dish, layer spaghetti, sauces, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese, alternating until dish is full.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approx 15 minutes.
