Venison Burgandy Recipe
Today’s recipe is venison burgandy. You will need the following.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds venison cubes (1.5 in. squares)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 2 celery sticks, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup Burgandy or dry red wine
- 1 can (26 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Procedures:
Dip venison in flour and lightly brown in skillet.
Place in casserole dish.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 2.5 hours.
Stir every thirty minutes.
