Venison Casserole Recipe

This is a recipe for a venison casserole. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 pounds ground venison
  • 1 pound cheese, sliced
  • 3/4 pound macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large chopped onion

Procedures:

Cook venison and onions in frying pan. Drain grease.

Cook macaroni in boiling water until slightly tender.

Mix tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup in bowl.

Place a layer of macaroni, venison, and sliced cheese in large baking dish.

Pour tomato sauce and cup of water on top.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
