Venison Tamale Recipe
This recipe provides the ingredients and procedures for making venison tamale. The following is needed.
- 2 pounds ground venison
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 can chili green peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package noodles, cooked
- grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown venison and onion in skillet. Drain.
Add salt, pepper, chili powder, ketchup, tomato sauce, Mexicorn, Worcestershire sauce, and green peppers to meat.
Simmer for about twenty minutes.
Place mixture and cooked noodles in baking dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese melts.
